Right of withdrawal & service
Right of withdrawal (EU): you may request a refund within 14 days from purchase via the payment platform indicated on your receipt. If a refund is granted, any licence issued will be deactivated.

Governing law: Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country.
Privacy
We process only what is strictly necessary to deliver and manage your licence (typically your e-mail) and minimal technical logs pseudonymised with HMAC for security. Legal bases: contract (Art. 6-1-b GDPR) and legitimate interest for security (Art. 6-1-f). Recipients: hosting provider, mailer (SMTP), and the payment platforms listed. Retention: for the life of the licence, then 24 months (logs: 12 months). You can exercise GDPR rights at contact.seoreportgenerator@gmail.com. Supervisory authority: Belgian DPA (APD/GBA). No marketing or profiling.
